About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a Wealth Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our wealth advisors in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support investment advisors in delivering superior customer service and respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, and ensure accurate transaction adjustments.
  • Process deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts, and follow up diligently to ensure timely completion.
  • Analyze, open, and update client files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Produce portfolio management reports to help clients make informed investment decisions.
  • Manage client files, including scheduling appointments, preparing client meetings, and ensuring adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Requirements
  • Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.
  • Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
