Position Overview

As a Technical Support Supervisor at Forvan Technology Services, you will oversee a dedicated team of support professionals, ensuring the efficient operation of our technical support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive logs of issues and resolutions
  • Engage in software redesign initiatives
  • Supervise a team of technical support staff
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and internet services
  • Oversee equipment setup and installation processes
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and incident management
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 3-4 support personnel
Technical Knowledge Requirements
  • Familiarity with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Understanding of mainframe systems
  • Proficiency in iOS and MAC platforms
  • Knowledge of Unix systems
  • Experience with various software and hardware technologies
