Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Production Planning and Control
    • Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives.
    • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Materials Management
    • Requisition and manage materials and supplies to support production needs.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
    • Identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks in the workplace.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
