Newforce has an opening for an experienced Pipeline Supervisor.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 5 years of Pipeline Supervision experience minimum.
- Class 5 Licence with 3-year commercial driver abstract.
- Oilfield safety tickets; H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance Level 2, First Aid, Common Safety Orientation.
- Leadership Safety Excellence Certification.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Pipeline Supervision**
- Coordinate, supervise, and schedule activities of workers.
- Coordinate work activities with Newforce departments such as Dispatch and Safety.
- Coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotion by evaluation.
- Oversee the safety of operations.
- Recommend measures to improve product quality.
- Set up machines and equipment.
- Knowledge of ROW building construction, stringing, welding, bending machine operation, ditch, lower-in, and tie-ins. (up to 12” pipe)
- Must know how to set up HDD rigs to best suit pipeline tie-ins.

**Client Relationship**
- Work with clients and understand the needs of the clients and communicate their needs to others.
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
- Prepare production and other reports for the client.

**Administrative Duties**
- Provide information for maintenance plans to ensure that maintenance and production objectives are met.
- Identify, investigate, correct, and document potential environmental and safety problems.
- Complete manpower and equipment time tickets using ticketing software and submit them daily to the office for payroll and invoicing.
- Cost control and knowledge of bid projects
- Ability to observe, report and complete competency evaluations.
- Assist in the creation of ERPs and participate in man-down drills.
- Knowledge of QC and requirements to complete binders as projects come to an end.

**Working Enviroment**:Working away from home, field office, fast-paced, weather conditions, changing environment.

**Job Type**: Seasonal, 12-hour shift, generally 24 days on and 4 days off.
