Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at CAPTRA STAFFING CORPORATION. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for staff.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure that the office is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, and security services.
  • Human Resources
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
    • Supervise staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
    • Recruit and train new staff members.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
    • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
