Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers responsible for the development and support of AWS IAM resources, including users, groups, roles, and policies.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive operational efficiencies and process improvement in the development and implementation of AWS IAM access policies in a large enterprise environment.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the developed solutions follow corporate IAM security policies/standards and regulatory requirements while enforcing the principle of least privilege.
- Incident Management: Manage team changes, incidents, and outages to restore service and minimize impact to IAM services.
- Customer Focus: Develop a high understanding of customer perspective and requirements and formulate a plan to meet those.
- Communication: Actively participate in the day-to-day delivery of AWS IAM Operations and regular communication with the customer.
- Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and present formal presentations related to assigned projects.
- Team Development: Leverage systems & processes to develop a cohesive team & retain talented individuals to exceed customer needs.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate team performance and provide feedback, empowerment, and coaching.
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years' experience leading a team of engineers, contractors, and third parties to deliver complex systems.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical experience in the development and implementation of AWS IAM enterprise solutions.
- Business Acumen: Experience in project management, enterprise implementation, strategic planning, business acumen, and change management.
- Process Development: Ability to develop processes and procedures for supporting and implementing complex, enterprise solutions.
- People Management: Ability to manage people with a diversity of talents, including highly skilled engineers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communications skills.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Sound Judgment: Sound judgment and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills.
- Certifications: AWS Developer Assoc or AWS Solution Architect Associate
