Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Saje Natural Wellness. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of retail professionals to achieve sales goals and provide an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales goals and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that the store is operating efficiently and effectively, including managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring that the store is clean and organized.
  • Business Results: Contribute to the achievement of sales goals and other business objectives, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Culture and Values: Uphold the company's culture and values, including a commitment to wellness, growth, celebration, greatness, and belonging.
Requirements
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Retail Experience: Significant retail experience, including customer service, sales, and team leadership.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of natural wellness products and services.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced retail environment.
