Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare Reports

Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and use this data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment is preferred.

Work Setting

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and quality food preparation.

Physical Demands

Standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Suitability

Efficient interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions
