Job Summary

Basha Laplaine is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for planning menus, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean kitchen in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a professional with 5 years of experience and excellent communication skills to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Lebanese cuisine and a commitment to providing high-quality food options, including gluten-free alternatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales data
Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Overtime may be required to meet business needs
  • Standing for extended periods is a requirement of this role

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
