About the Role

Culbert's Bakery Ltd. is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and mix dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and customer orders
  • Bake and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet established quality standards
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal production levels
Work Environment

As a Bakery Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads, but you will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work in a hot environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
