Bakery Specialist

Culbert's Bakery Ltd. is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods with precision and creativity.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure seamless production.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods.
