Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Culbert's Bakery Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods with precision and creativity.
- Ensure quality of products meets established standards.
- Operate machinery with ease and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain inventory with attention to detail.
Our bakery is a fast-paced environment where you will work in a confined space with noisy and hot conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Physical Demands: Ability to distinguish between colours, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, hand-eye co-ordination, handling heavy loads, manual dexterity, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Travel expenses paid by employer.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
