Job Summary

Knight Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team in the oncology field. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining peer-to-peer relationships with leading physicians and experts in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scientific Communication: Develop and disseminate in-depth scientific content on assigned products or therapeutic areas, including slide decks, scientific messaging platforms, and clinical trials cards.
  • Education: Develop and assist in the assembly of scientific medical learning events and preceptorship programs, defining agendas, inviting speakers, and monitoring events.
  • Medical Projects: Implement partnership and collaborative projects as per the brand strategy, organizing and attending medical affairs booths at scientific conferences, and developing medical materials.
  • Compliance and Budget: Follow applicable SOPs, regulations, policies, and code of conduct, participating in audits and inspections as needed.
  • Scientific Exchange: Work cross-functionally with Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Market Access, and Commercial departments to achieve business strategic imperatives.
Requirements
  • More than 1 year of experience in the pharma industry (MSL, Medical Advisor, CRA) or more than 2 years of professional, clinical, or research experience in a scientific field.
  • Knowledge of market access, regulatory, commercial, and clinical context related to the pharma industry, research methodology, and good clinical practices.
  • Health Science University Degree; Advanced scientific degree is desirable (MSc, PharmD, PhD, DO, MD).
  • Fluency in English (oral and written), French is a plus for New Brunswick.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, result-oriented, teamwork attitude, self-management, and time organization abilities.
  • Availability for domestic and international travel.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
