Chauffeur Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chauffeurs and Taxi Drivers Supervisor to join our team at 94 Cabs - Lacombe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our chauffeurs and taxi drivers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of chauffeurs and taxi drivers to ensure efficient and safe transportation services.
- Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train or arrange for training to ensure chauffeurs and taxi drivers have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel to ensure smooth and efficient transportation services.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Recommend personnel actions to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Coordinate repairs and rentals to ensure our fleet is always in good working condition.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure we have everything we need to operate efficiently.
- Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities.
- Provides mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
- Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Veterans.
- Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for mature workers.
- Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
