Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team at Arron Hardwoods Flooring. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality flooring installations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered, measure and mark them accurately, and prepare them for flooring installation.
  • Install Flooring: Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings, as well as prepare and install hardwood floors.
  • Conduct Pre-Installation Tests: Conduct moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Remove Existing Floor Coverings: Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants to ensure a clean and smooth installation process.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, judgement, organized.
Working Conditions

40 hours per week, permanent position, working in various locations.

Language of work: English.
