Job Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer who possesses a strong background in developing and maintaining high-efficiency, scalable enterprise systems. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and clients, you will engage in collective decision-making to swiftly deliver impactful working solutions. Our engineers embrace agility and retrospection, openly addressing areas for improvement while celebrating our successes. Ultimately, we measure our achievements by the prosperity of our team and the satisfaction of our clients.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE applications, web servers (Apache Tomcat, IBM Server), application servers (WebSphere/Weblogic/JBoss), and databases (Oracle/SQLServer/DB2).
  • In-depth knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies and frameworks, including UI/JavaScript frameworks, Spring Boot/Spring Cloud Frameworks, REST, Microservices, and server-side frameworks.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and related components.
  • Strong grasp of DevOps/CICD tools such as Jenkins, Jules, and automated deployment solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and container orchestration using Docker & Kubernetes.
  • Automation skills with Ansible playbooks and programming languages like Java, Perl, Python, or PowerShell scripting.
  • Expertise in performance optimization of enterprise-level Java/J2EE applications, covering Web and Application Server Configuration, JVM parameters tuning, GC and Heap Size, and Message Broker.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of at least one tool in each of the following categories: Profiling (Jprofiler/Dynatrace), Monitoring (Wily Introscope/AppDynamics/DynaTrace/Splunk/Cloud Watch/Stack Driver), Analysis (HP Diagnostics/GC log Analysis/Thread Dump Analyzer/Heap Analyzer), and Performance testing (Load Runner/Silk Performer/Jmeter/NeoLoad).
Preferred Skills:

Experience in performance optimization of enterprise-level Java/J2EE applications, specifically in Web and Application Server Configuration.
