Financial Record Keeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at GG Developmental Therapy Services Inc. as a key member of our finance department.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial statements.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as manage benefits and other employee-related expenses.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including statistical and accounting reports.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, as well as maintain accurate records of tax-related transactions.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, with attention to detail and a strong sense of organization. They will also be able to work effectively under tight deadlines and maintain accurate records.
