About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic team at HUB International Ontario Limited. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide expert guidance and support to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of personal insurance. With a strong industry background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll thrive in this role and make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, underwriting rules, and workflow processes to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and issues
  • Utilize broker management systems like EPIC & ARS to efficiently manage client data and applications
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in personal lines insurance
  • RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) in good standing
  • Strong industry knowledge and experience with major domestic personal lines markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in broker management systems like EPIC & ARS
