Catering Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Catering Team Leader to lead our catering team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of catering staff, ensuring that all catering services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of catering staff to provide high-quality catering services
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Develop and implement catering plans and menus
  • Monitor and control catering costs
  • Liaise with clients to meet their catering requirements
  • Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of catering equipment
  • Supervise and manage catering staff

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Catering Team Leader or similar role
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
