Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Matheson Sweets & Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our catering services, from food preparation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our catering staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Train and develop our team members in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
