We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our team at Progressive Behaviour Solutions as Instructor Therapists. In this role, you will work with youth with autism, providing individualized instruction and support using evidence-based strategies in applied behaviour analysis (ABA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction and support to clients aged 5-18, utilizing a range of teaching methods, including play-based instruction, discrete trial teaching, and precision teaching.
  • Collaborate with a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized behaviour support plans.
  • Provide regular progress updates and participate in team meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services, aligning with the company's mission and values.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA and related fields.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience working as an Instructor Therapist in the field of ABA.
  • Strong understanding of applied behaviour analysis principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as Autism and Behavioural Science or Education, is an asset.
