Overview:
The Vehicle Safety Analysis Engineer role at Onward Technologies Inc involves the development of comprehensive vehicle crash finite element models utilizing ANSA, alongside conducting analyses with LS-DYNA software to evaluate vehicle crashworthiness in accordance with industry regulations and third-party assessment standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and analyze full vehicle crash models to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Interpret analysis results to propose design modifications that enhance vehicle safety.
- Collaborate and communicate findings with various engineering teams.
- Oversee computer-aided engineering tasks for vehicle programs, focusing on durability analysis.

Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAE durability analysis within the automotive sector.
- Proficient understanding of solid mechanics, durability, fatigue, vibration, and dynamics.
- Demonstrated expertise in CAE software such as ABAQUS, FEMFAT, nCode, ANSA, Hypermesh, and Optistruct.
- Strong foundation in computer simulation, numerical methods, and finite element analysis (FEA) theory.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for meetings as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge in ABAQUS and fatigue analysis software.
- Familiarity with structural dynamics.

Travel Requirements:
Domestic and international travel may be necessary, up to 20% of the time.
