CAE Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled CAE Engineer to join our team at Onward Technologies Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating full vehicle crash finite element models using ANSA and performing analyses using LS-DYNA software to assess vehicle crashworthiness based on regulatory and third-party assessment criteria.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain computer-aided engineering (CAE) models and simulations for vehicle programs.
- Analyze results to develop design solutions to meet vehicle safety requirements.
- Communicate and present analysis results to various engineering organizations.
- Plan and execute durability CAE tasks for vehicle programs.
- Master's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of CAE durability analysis experience in the automotive industry.
- Understanding of solid mechanics, durability/fatigue, vibration, and dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise using CAE software including ABAQUS, FEMFAT, or nCode, ANSA, Hypermesh, Optistruct, etc.
- Good knowledge of computer simulation, numerical methods, and FEA theory.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel to the US for meetings.
- Strong expertise in using ABAQUS and fatigue software.
- Good knowledge of structural dynamics.
