Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Culinary Operations Supervisor to oversee food service activities. This role is crucial in ensuring that our culinary team operates efficiently and meets the highest standards of food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare comprehensive food order summaries for the head chef.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various culinary styles and genres.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure quality and presentation.
- Manage the delivery process of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Prolonged periods of standing are required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Uniform is required for this position.

- Strong client focus and service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a team environment.
