Company Overview
Recruiting Concepts Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual for a permanent part-time bookkeeping position.

Position Summary
This role is based in a Brantford office focused on Technical Service & Sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for various bookkeeping tasks, working onsite for approximately 25 hours per week at a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage invoicing processes
  2. Handle accounts payable
  3. Oversee collections
  4. Conduct monthly reconciliations
  5. Process customer orders
  6. Provide shipping quotes and manage order estimates
  7. Follow up on orders
  8. Occasionally assist with reception duties

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience with the QuickBooks Desktop platform. We prefer applicants who reside in or around the Brantford area and are looking for a consistent part-time role.
