Your Profile
You possess a strong background in commercial real estate, specializing in delivering top-notch property valuations, conducting market analysis, and driving business development. You take pride in offering expert guidance and exceptional service to clients, utilizing technology to enhance your efficiency. Key Responsibilities
As a Valuation Director, you will be dedicated to generating comprehensive reports and nurturing client relationships, collaborating to identify optimal solutions. You will partner closely with management to formulate and implement a strategic growth plan tailored to your market expertise. Daily, you will champion and represent the Colliers brand within the local market, articulating its value through superior customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Collaborative mindset with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Argus Enterprise is advantageous.
