As a Junior Wealth Management Consultant, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our business by collaborating closely with the Senior Consultant and the team to manage client relationships and portfolios, cultivate new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional client service.


Support for Senior Consultant:
# Prepare detailed client reports, review documents, and investment proposals, as well as potentially develop retirement projections and financial plans.
# Assist in conducting research, analysis, asset allocation decisions, and selecting investment products with a proactive mindset.
# Contribute to the creation of quarterly market insights for clients and prospects, and identify relevant educational materials to share.

Identify new business development avenues to attract additional assets and enhance revenue through client outreach, acquisition, and networking.

# Recognize opportunities to increase assets and revenue within the existing client base, including referrals and asset consolidation.

Assist with ongoing client communication, including updates and client appreciation events.
# Comply with all company and regulatory policies by staying informed about regulatory requirements and trading activities related to client accounts, ensuring accurate documentation of all client interactions.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in the financial services field is required.
# Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
# Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and assimilate new information with a positive attitude.
# Knowledge of industry compliance regulations and back-office procedures.
# A solid understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles, along with strong modeling skills.
# A degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
# Registration with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization of Canada (CIRO) as a Registered Representative is advantageous.
