Forest View Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Mental Health Technician to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinical excellence, safety, and crisis management of our patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily patient care routines under the direction of the Shift Supervisor or Registered Nurse.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of patients through direct support and guidance.
  • Provide clinical excellence by implementing evidence-based practices and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the patient care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in crisis management and de-escalation techniques to ensure patient safety.

Requirements:
