Inventory Control Manager

Join DESI MANDI as an Inventory Control Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery used in inventory management.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff as needed to support inventory management operations.
- Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth inventory management operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
