Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, Day Shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $57,000 to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the New Model Equipment Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with the New Model team to develop and assess process plans and oversee equipment installation for new model introductions.

  • Formulate process plans for welding and assembly for new model launches
  • Coordinate and schedule equipment procurement
  • Manage project investments
  • Engage with external vendors and clients
  • Prepare documentation and present findings to senior management
  • Facilitate communication across internal departments and with external vendors
  • Oversee equipment installation and apply optimal manufacturing processes
  • Participate in hands-on startup development and evaluation of new equipment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent
  • Technologist Diploma with one year of experience in manufacturing processes
  • Technician Diploma with three years of experience in manufacturing processes
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing processes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

Work Environment:

  • Office and plant setting
  • Potential exposure to dust, odors, noise, and other environmental factors
