Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, Day Shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $57,000 to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the New Model Equipment Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with team members to develop and assess process plans and oversee equipment installation for new model introductions.

  • Formulate process plans for welding and assembly operations for new model launches
  • Coordinate and schedule the procurement of necessary equipment
  • Manage project investments effectively
  • Engage with external vendors and clients
  • Prepare documentation and present findings to senior management
  • Facilitate communication across all internal departments and with external partners
  • Oversee equipment installation and implement optimal manufacturing processes
  • Participate in hands-on startup development and evaluation of new equipment
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline, or
  • Technologist Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes, or
  • Technician Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing processes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours

Work Environment:

  • Combination of office and plant settings
  • Potential exposure to dust, odors, noise, and other environmental factors
