Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Flooring For Less. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Team Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work effectively in this setting. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a variety of weather conditions.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

35 hours per week.
