Team Lead

At Roots, we're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the operational functions of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Partner with store management to execute action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all store operational activities.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to the leadership team that result in increased productivity and improved operations of the store.
- Assist in resolving customer service matters and provide coaching and feedback to sales associates.
- Oversee and delegate tasks to the team to best maximize efficiency of store operations.
- 1+ years of related experience in a retail apparel environment, with a proven track record of success in leading sales teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Availability to work varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.
