Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for supporting our LPS project and commissioning team in various areas, including preventive maintenance inspections, routine maintenance contracts, planned specialized maintenance, and electro/mechanical installation and level one I/O checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Conduct routine maintenance contracts to prevent equipment downtime
  • Carry out planned specialized maintenance to ensure equipment is running at peak efficiency
  • Install and test electro/mechanical equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial control systems
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in plant instrumentation/electrical/controls troubleshooting and repair
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical control drawings
  • Logical diagnostic skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with basic hand tools
  • Willingness to travel
  • Associate degree in a technical field is a plus
