  • Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
  • Oversee policies regarding record management in compliance with privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate office services, including logistics and maintenance.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain financial controls.
  • Compile data and generate reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks as required.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members.
  • Supervise and streamline office administrative procedures.
  • Address and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Commission and manage systems and components.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
