We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care. As a CCA, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their homes, enabling them to live safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including grooming, dressing, and bathing
  • Travel to patients' homes, completing multiple visits per day
  • Prepare meals and assist with mealtime
  • Perform basic housekeeping duties
  • Offer companionship and support to patients, promoting their overall well-being
  • Assist with personal hygiene care, including showering and bathing
  • Support patients with basic activities of daily living

Requirements:

  • CCA designation
  • Experience in providing personal care
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license and insurance (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to pass or satisfy a Criminal Background screening upon hire
