Job Description

Job Summary:

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and providing technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Engineering: Develop and implement quality engineering processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving quality-related issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of quality-related activities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure quality-related information is shared and understood.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, automotive industry, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of quality engineering principles, processes, and regulations; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
