Role Overview:
The Athletic Program Manager will oversee the development and implementation of sports initiatives within the educational framework. This position is essential for fostering a vibrant athletic culture that promotes teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness among students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage a comprehensive sports program that aligns with the educational goals of the institution.
2. Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate sports into the overall curriculum.
3. Organize and coordinate athletic events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
4. Mentor and support student-athletes, promoting their personal and athletic growth.
