Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Financial Insurance Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for creating deep relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals
  • Business Development - Outbound prospecting, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and introducing appropriate products and services
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Applying best practices in all interactions through being ethical, professional, and doing so with integrity
  • Digital Wealth Management (Insurance, Investments, and Mortgages)
Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • LLQP or Willing to obtain

Compensation

Anticipated Commission + Bonus Income: $80,000 per year
