- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing knowledge of underwriting principles and industry expertise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
- At least 6 months of industry experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building authentic client relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality.
- A competitive hourly hiring range of $22.06 to $26.50, with a 37.5 hour work week.
