Food Service Manager

At Chicken Chef Neepawa, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent oral communication skills to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve our goals and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Noisy and odour-filled environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
