Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chicken Chef Neepawa. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
- Supervise and coordinate the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk
Our restaurant is a busy and dynamic environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a noisy and odour-filled environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
