Job Summary

Thiara Construction and Logistics is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee various projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, supervising workers, and coordinating activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction teams and projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production reports and requisitioning materials.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
