About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team as a Principal Architect, CSM. As a key member of our ESM team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of ServiceNow CSM into our clients' overall architecture and providing technical leadership at the customer level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect complex ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor environment
  • Ensure technical alignment of FX teams with customer needs
  • Provide overall architectural vision and technical cloud strategy for customers
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell ServiceNow solutions and products
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales Transformation Architects to develop technical roadmaps for customers
  • Participate in customer governance meetings and work closely with Client Executive and Client Engagement Director to ensure overall success
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions, trends, and best practices
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience on ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow CIS-Customer Service Management certified
  • ServiceNow CIS-CSM Professional certified
  • ServiceNow CIS-Field Service Management certified
  • ServiceNow CIS-Financial Services Operations certified
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Bilingual (French & English)
