Position Overview

HMS FRAMING LTD. is seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of a Siding Installer. This position involves working in various outdoor settings and at heights, focusing on the installation and maintenance of prefabricated exterior and interior products.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience is considered an asset.
Work Environment

The work will primarily take place outdoors and may involve working at elevated heights. The job will require flexibility as the work setting will vary across different locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install prefabricated products for both exterior and interior applications.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ascertain work requirements.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on both exterior and interior prefabricated products.
  • Plan layout and installation procedures effectively.
  • Prepare and manage work materials and supplies efficiently.
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other necessary working platforms.

  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
