About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at Nihal Siding & Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, including siding, trim, and other exterior components.
  • Site Preparation: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements, and prepare the work site for installation.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work for quality and accuracy, and make repairs as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with the installation process.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors, at heights, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring the ability to handle heavy loads and work in a repetitive task environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctual, accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient in interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
