About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at Nihal Siding & Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, reading blueprints and specifications, and repairing and servicing existing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, including siding and trim
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service existing exterior and interior prefabricated products
  • Determine layout and installation procedures for new products
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Utilize hand and power tools for installation and repair tasks
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors at heights. You will be exposed to fast-paced environments and repetitive tasks. Steel-toed safety boots are required for this position.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Punctuality, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential for this role
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Language and Work Term

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. English is the primary language of communication in this role.
