We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Securisquad Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Leadership: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to maintain high standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit progress and other reports to inform business decisions.
- Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Certification and Compliance: Ensure all staff hold necessary certifications, such as Security Guard License.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
