About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Digital & Social Media Communications Specialist to create and implement digital communication plans across a range of marketing and communication channels. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences, as well as experience in content creation, social media marketing, and digital communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital communication plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing and communication channels
  • Analyze and report on social media metrics and campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in social media and digital communications
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing social media strategies and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
