Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at SUPER 8. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct safety and security checks to identify and address potential hazards.
- Supervise and assist other maintenance staff as needed.
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Perform other routine maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repair.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- 35 hours per week.
- English language of work.
